A: We have students ranging in age from 4 to 64 training in our classes. Regardless of your age, the training will make you feel awesome and empowered. It’s an excellent way to improve your overall health and fitness, not to mention the benefit of learning how to protect yourself.
A: Not at all! You’ll find our classes to be fun, exciting and rewarding. Our instructors will guide you through our step-by-step curriculum of belt levels, train you in mastering the techniques, and help you achieve your goals.
A: Safety is our top priority so not only is our facility safe, we also help you build a strong foundation before you climb the MMA ladder, so to speak. You decide when and how far you want to progress and what intensity you want. Everyone here is very supportive and helpful in training.

Because of the physical and mental demands of the training, students develop better skills of focus, discipline, and determination to do their best which helps them tremendously in their academics, as well as in their extra-curricular activities. The same holds true for young adults when it comes to college and adults at their jobs.
A: Absolutely! Our classes have a good number of women and girls learning MMA and achieving their fitness goals. Many of the self-defense techniques are great for females especially because they rely on speed and accuracy as opposed to brute force. And kicking is one of the most efficient ways to tone muscles, fast.
A: There are no set rules for how often to practice. Some students come several times a week while others come only once a week. The benefits of MMA are numerous and include strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, focus, and self-discipline to name a few. We believe that you will find how often to come to class based on what works best for your body, schedule, and life.

My oldest son (4 y/o) started training a little over a year ago and has developed such discipline, respect and confidence. We recently signed up our youngest (3 y/o) and he is adapting very quickly as well. The trainers are patient but stern and are very hands on. TJ takes a special interest in making sure the kids develop the skills needed to succeed but gives each child a personalized experience. My kids love going to “ninja” school and take pride in the skills they learn. I would give more than five stars if possible. All the trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and invested in the kids. I highly recommend!

Coaches TJ and Mathias are the best. It's nice that they have multiple coaches each class to see that your kids have enough attention throughout.

The most nurturing and quality educational environment for martial arts. I took my son here figuring I would be disappointed as I have been when looking into any of these martial arts type studios. I'm sure there are other good ones I just couldn't find any. This one however stands out both in terms of the quality of their instruction and for the nurturing and genuine way that they treat the kids. I stay for every class my son attends. I see every one of the coaches, interacting, talking and engaging in as good and productive a way as one could hope. As for the instruction, it is fascinating to watch and even more fascinating to see my son develop and improve and to see the same of younger (and older) kids as well. I could not recommend this place in stronger terms
